Space Aid recently completed the installation of our new $3 million dollar suspended powder coating system that is the first of its type and size in Ontario.

Improved hardness, corrosion protection and exterior stability are just a few of the added improvements the new polyester powder coat electrostatic finish offers over our previous finish and finishes offered by the competition. Typical coverage will be 2 mils – 3 mils insuring a more durable and even finish. These improvements are all at no additional cost to you for our standard colours.

The new system is able to accommodate parts 48” wide, 72” high and 35’ long. Our four stage phosphate wash and rinse cleans components thoroughly prior to coating insuring a superior bond between the paint and steel.

Premium and custom colours along with powders that meet FDA approval are also available for an appropriate fee.
